Item not a Mech-Q Ducting Object

Mech-Q can report a duct object draw by using a Mech-Q Duct or Duct Fitting function as "Item selected is not a Mech-Q HVAC Ducting Object" when one of the following conditions exits:

1) The duct object drawing function did not terminate normally - either because you canceled the command prematurely or if a function error occurs (Please check your AutoCAD text window for any error messages when the item is drawn)

2) The AutoCAD variable: PICKSTYLE is set to 0 (OFF)

The entities that make up a Mech-Q objects are "grouped" together to form a Group... If PICKSTYLE is set to 0 (off) the items are Ungrouped and the data will be separated from the entities.

Check and set PICKSTYLE to 1 (on) to correct.

When an object returns: "Not a Mech-Q HVAC Ducting
Object", the easiest solution is to try deleting the object & then draw the object again with Mech-Q. However, if the problem persists (possibly because of a program error), send ASVIC fully details of the problem, including a copy of the drawing for investigation.
