Install Issue - Changing Default Install

The new version default install location has now changed to C:\Program Files\Mech-Q\A????  (previously was C:\Program Files\Mech-Q)

?? Represent the AutoCAD version - for example 2008

Your AutoCAD might still be finding the OLD version. During the upgrade setup - you needed to be careful to install Mech-Q to the OLD location of Mech-Q.
 
> Please follow these steps to fix:
 
1) Start AutoCAD, then Unload the MECH-Q menu:

      a) From the "Tools" menu select "Customize menus"
      b) In the "Menu Group Page":
           Highlight the Mech-Q menu and use the "Unload" tab.

      c) REMOVE Mech-Q from the AutoCAD search path (see below for instructions)
       (You can delete - ALL Mech-Q references from the AutoCAD search path)

        ============================================
        Please follow the following steps:
        
        a. Select "Options" from the AutoCAD "Tools" menu
        b. Select the "Files" page
        c. Select "Support Files Search Path" Highlight the Mech-Q location 
            and use the "Remove" button
        d. Click the "Apply" button & then "Close"
 
2) Exit AutoCAD
 
3) DELETE the Mech-Q install folder  
    (If you have more than one install location - Delete them ALL)
 
4) Install Mech-Q again
