Install Issue - Non Administrator User

When you are using Mech-Q under a non-administrator profile... you MUST MAKE Sure  that you have full access Read & Write to the Mech-Q install folder & sub-folders (default:  C:\Program Files\Mech-Q)

We recommend that you contact your computer "Administrator"  or IT manager - you give full Read & Write to the Mech-Q install folder & sub-folders.
