Ducting BOM Setting and Table Design

NOTE
Several BOM table design settings can only be done when you start a new drawing. If you have already inserted Mech-Q HVAC Ducting BOM table blocks - the Table Design cannot be edited

Start the Mech-Q Straight Duct module and select the "BOM" tab >> The "Duct BOM Selector and Settings" dialogue will be displayed. Here you can choose which ducting items are included in the BOM ("BOM to include"); Fields to include in the BOM table ("BOM Fields") and  option to include BOM Balloons.

Selecting the "OK" tab will save your setting and then display the "Mech-Q BOM Configuration" dialogue. Here you can change the table row height & table text height and several other BOM settings.

Select the "BOM Table design" >> The BOM Table Design dialogue ill now be displayed.
To change an item - highlight a the item in table fields list. Then use the "Edit" tab...To change the table fields length & justification  Use the "Replace" tab and then select the "OK" tab when ready.

NOTE
The BOM Table final size is equal the table lengths as set in the "BOM table design" dialogue MULTIPLIED by the Mech-Q Drawing scale... The Mech-Q Drawing scale in set in the Mech-Q drop down menu - "Drawing Scale".
